• Optimize the reduction of industrial waste (including plastic waste) and electricity consumption compared to the previous year, minimizing environmental impact in manufacturing activities, with targets that include monitoring and evaluating of the operation and maintenance of environmental, quality, and health & safety management system standards.

• Better practices to comply with JCM Green Procurement and climate change-related issues, while embedding a commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks.

• All employees will actively engage in discussions and continuously promote workplace safety.

• Legal compliance evaluation monthly to prevent problems and provide corrective measures for improvement, with methods for monitoring achievements shall be clearly defined through measurable indicators, periodic audits, and documented reviews to ensure continual improvement of the OHS management system.
